Birth Essentials Workshop - 2 hours - birth planning, preparing your body and mind for birth, labor stages and phases, coping in labor, informed consent, and partner support. I teach this workshop through a physiologic birth lens. A normal physiologic labor and birth are defined as a birth that is powered by the innate human capacity of the birthing person and baby. Specific medical interventions will not be covered in depth.

The Early Days Workshop - 2 hours - The golden hour after birth, feeding, newborn care, newborn behaviour, postpartum transitions, and parenting.
